Tracey’s role at Zaizi is to attract, engage and retain diverse, passionate and able people. “I really enjoy being part of such an innovative company and managing the fast-paced change as we grow and adapt. Working in the technology industry and coupling that with the secure work we do with our government customers makes hiring even more challenging. Zaizi employs some fantastic subject matter experts, and we are really keen to fill the technology skills gaps by utilising their expertise to hire and nurture graduates to become the next generation of SME's.”
Tracey’s passion is really about the Zaizi Culture and making it an inclusive, modern, friendly, smart and innovative place to work. Zaizi have established a great culture and close knit community of people who work hard but also play hard too and I want to make sure we retain that.
