Manage your company’s content in one central location

In any business, information is stored, edited on and shared with colleagues at a rapid pace. With this heavy production of content, it is easy to misplace, change or distribute documents without proper versioning and controls in place. An enterprise content management system lets you manage all of your company’s content in one central location, making it easy to share, store, protect and control important information.

With expert staff and strong business readiness skills, we design, build and support innovative, assembled software solutions to deliver fast-to-market and cost-effective content management solutions.

Introducing Zaizi’s Project Definition for Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

If you are embarking on an ECM implementation, or any of its facets such as a collaborative intranet, document management, records management or business process management, you will be facing a number of questions. For example: how much effort will it take? Is my organisation ready for this project? How much will it cost? Is it feasible? What benefits should we expect? What solutions are available and are they suitable?

In order to resolve such questions we offer a cost-effective service that seeks to answer these queries for your organisation and leave you in a position to be able to start an ECM project with a high probability of success. We call this a Project Definition engagement.

Typically a Project Definition engagement will last 8 to 15 days and forms the basis for a more formal Project Initiation.
