About the session

Lightning talks – 21 September, 3:30pm

A fast-paced session with new speakers and new topics, with people from communities under-represented in user experience and service design.

Areeba, a product manager at Zaizi, will join three others for a hand-picked session of four lightning talks. She will share her experience juggling a career alongside being the mother of three children.

At the event, each of the speakers will have 10 minutes to talk about their chosen topic:

About the speaker

Areeba has three years of experience as a product manager in the airline industry, managing SaaS analytics platforms and front-end web components. She has a strong ability to execute and sustain a specific vision and achievement.

About the event

The Service Design in Government event is for anyone involved in designing and commissioning public services. Returning for its 10th year, Service Design in Government is back for an in person 3 day conference: 20-22 September 2023.

The conference attracts participants who either manage, design or develop central and local government services, health and education services, emergency sector services, civic technologies and others including Government employees, consultants and design agencies.
