Work Shadowing Scheme
Imperial College Work Shadowing Scheme
Zaizi has signed up for the pilot phase of the Imperial College Work Shadowing Scheme. We will host first year undergraduate students at our office in Hammersmith to experience a ‘day in the life of a Zaizi employee’.
The initiative provides first year undergraduate students with a light touch introduction to a professional workplace by gaining insights through observation and discussion with our employees. Students gain an understanding of what a role involves, the challenges of a business environment and the possible career pathways available.
This is a great opportunity for us to promote students, the organisation and the technology industry.
Benefits Range From:
* Building a relationship with Imperial College London and the brightest and best young people.
* Developing our own employees by giving them the responsibility of being shadowed.
* Gaining a better understanding of the next generation of employees.
* Inspiring and establishing links with potential future talent.
