2025 Computing Women in Tech Excellence Awards: Zaizi shortlisted for best employer

Zaizi has been nominated for the Best Employer award at the Computing Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2025.

Now in its ninth year, the award celebrates top-performing women in the UK tech industry.

The new best employer category recognises organisations that create inclusive environments where women and diverse teams can thrive.

The panel assesses nominees on their commitment to diversity and inclusion, which includes establishing employee resource groups, leadership support from the top, and transparency in tracking progress towards D&I goals.

“I’m incredibly proud that we’ve been shortlisted for the Best Employer award at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2025,” said chief people officer Tracey Robinson.

“This means so much to us because it reflects our deep commitment to building a company where women are not just included, but truly championed, seen and heard.

“From mentoring and training that empowers our women to grow to flexible work policies that support a healthy work-life balance, we’re dedicated to making our company the best possible environment for women in tech. And beyond that, we empower our female employees to mentor, volunteer and support other women in the broader tech community.

“To everyone at Zaizi, thank you for helping us create a culture where women are truly championed.”

“When you walk into Zaizi, you can see everybody — you can see yourself”

The award nomination recognises our commitment to diversity, which we believe is a cornerstone to innovation.

Our female staff say they feel represented at Zaizi; they see people who look like them and feel encouraged, confident, and motivated to participate fully.

Here are just a few reflections from the women at Zaizi:

We’ve established clear, measurable targets, including a 50-50 gender ratio, and hold leadership accountable for progress through regular reviews and performance metrics.

We take several measures to get to that goal, including:
