How government departments can give digital transformation projects a shot in the arm in 2019
Our CEO and Founder Aingaran Pillai has written a piece for Digital Leaders on what public sector institutions need to prioritise in 2019 when it comes to digital transformation.
Ainga says that as technology evolves and advances, citizen expectations increase too. So the government can’t take a laid back approach when it comes to their digital services otherwise they’ll have services that are not fit for purpose.
He gives tips on what government departments should do in the coming year to digitise rapidly, minimise disruption and improve their interaction with citizens.
