Watch: UX talks — Designing diverse teams in the public sector
Our head of user-centred design Dan Healy recently spoke at two top industry conferences about how to design diverse teams.
You can watch the content of the talks below, which were recorded from a recent lunch and learn at Zaizi.
In the talk, Dan references his experience building diverse teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. He shares the tools, techniques, and strategies he used in the UK Space sector and now at Zaizi.
Dan looks at how cognitive diversity brings a richer and more representative range of perspectives, lived experiences, and insights to how we do user-centred design.
Zaizi’s goal is to improve the lives of 70 million people by 2030 – the population of the UK. And we can only do that well if Zaizi is genuinely representative of the UK, says Dan.
