Zaizi named in several Most Loved Workplaces® lists for 2024
Zaizi has been named in several Most Loved Workplaces ® lists for 2024, including recognition for diversity, women in the workplace, while our founder also gets onto the ‘Most Loved CEOs’ list.
This follows our success from last year when Newsweek recognised Zaizi as one of the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® in the UK for 2023.
It acknowledges companies that create a workplace where employees feel respected, inspired, appreciated and are at the centre of the business model.
Now, the company behind devising that initial list has put Zaizi in several other “Most Loved” categories for 2024:
- Most Loved Workplaces® for Diversity 2024
- Most Loved Workplaces® for Parents and Caregivers 2024
- Top Most Loved Workplaces® for Women 2024
- Most Loved Workplaces® for LGBTQ+ 2024
- Most Loved Workplaces® for Young Professionals
- Most Loved Workplaces® for Career Advancement
- Most Loved Workplaces® for Volunteering
- Most Loved CEOs at Most Loved Workplaces® – Zaizi, Aingaran Pillai
We received top marks — either 5 or 4.5 stars — in each of the categories. The lists included both British and overseas companies.
Most Loved Workplaces® and Best Practice Institute curate the lists through their sentiment analysis and machine learning tools. To compile the current lists, they used the data collected last year to certify companies for the Love of Workplace index®.
As well as an interview with the company, their process included reviewing public rating sites like Glassdoor and anonymous employee surveys. Over 2 million employees from companies of all sizes were surveyed for the index.
Last year, Zaizi won several awards around diversity and inclusion, including
- Growing Business Awards: Diversity and Inclusion Champion of the Year
- 2023 Women in Tech Employer Award
- Women in Software Awards: Changemakers
- Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® in the UK
Providing a great workplace
Zaizi’s chief people officer, Tracey Robinson, said: “I am so pleased that Zaizi is recognised in these categories. We pride ourselves on being people first, and this really comes across in the categories we’ve been recognised for by 100 Most Loved Workplaces ®.
“Providing a great workplace for women, working parents, young people and people from all minority backgrounds is really important to us. We partner with government organisations, helping them build the best products and services to serve UK citizens. And mirroring the diversity of our society is crucial to building better products that cater to all.”
Zaizi founder and CEO Aingaran Pillai said: “As a digital consultancy working with public sector organisations to make the UK the safest and best place to live and work, it’s crucial that our workforce reflects the diversity of the UK and be a positive environment for our team to work in.
“We try and practice what we preach. So it’s great to see that the feedback from our employees has resulted in our selection in all these categories.”
About how they decide who goes on the lists, CEO and Founder of Most Loved Workplaces ® Louis Carter said: “We recognise companies that champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking, empowering everyone from the frontlines to the executive suite to drive success – from parents and caregivers to diversity, career advancement, LGBTQ+.”
“These organisations have earned the Most Loved Workplaces® certification and top ranking by fostering environments where all employees can flourish.
“These outstanding organisations are not only setting a new standard for workplace excellence but also demonstrating the power of a culture that fuels overall employee well-being, psychological safety, retention and performance.
“They serve as a model, showcasing that when employees at all levels are equipped with a strong team, empowered colleagues, and a supportive environment, businesses unlock limitless potential for innovation and growth.”
